How To Use
Apply an appropriate amount thinly so that it does not go beyond the lip line with a silicone tip, and after 5 to 8 minutes, remove it slowly after it dries completely.
* Temporary tattoo effect
1. Evenly apply the Rouge Star Plumping Lip Tattoo Pack within the lip line. (It may be tingly injured or dry lips. In such cases, do lip care before applying the product.)
2. Allow this lip tattoo to dry for about 5 - 15 minutes (results may vary by individual). Slowly remove once the product is dry enough so that it doesn't smear. (If the colour is to weak after one application, reapply the lip tattoo once more shortly after the first application for stronger coloration and pigmentation.
3. Not just coloration, but also lip care! Absorption of colour and nutrients while the lips are drying! Those who think it's too matte can apply lip balm or lip gloss for a more moisturised, beautiful colour.
