Step up hydration
I've been using the COSRX Propolis toner and wanted to try something more hydrating with the dry winter months. This stuff is slightly thicker, has a wonderful faint limey-scent upon application, and actually feels more moisturizing. My face soaks it up if I add multiple toner layers. I recommend trying this out if you're looking for an affordable milky toner, the size is a great value.
I've tried many toners and I always come back to this one. I tried the Laniege cream skin toner and it broke me out so I gave this a try and it's so much better. I have normal skin and sometimes get hormonal breakouts/pimples if I use the wrong products. This toner has even helped with my acne and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Recently, I've had a HORRIBLE outbreak and I'm not sure why, so I scaled back to using just double cleansers & a moisturizer at night & just sunscreen in the AM. My skin hated this and got so dry (my neck started peeling) so I tried using the toners I have. I tried using the Anua heartleaf toner and it didn't work, as well as another popular Japanese one that didn't do anything. I had one of the TonyMoly Ceramide toners as a backup and opened it and I used it with the COSRX snail mucin essence & Avene Tolerane Cream on top and WOW, my skin feels so much better. It does feel a bit sticky, but I honestly don't mind. It's viscous and smells like Earl Grey tea. The bottle is also MASSIVE and lasts me months. If you have dry skin, TRY THIS OUT. I also love buying from LiveK Beauty because the packages come quickly and they send little samples/masks :)
I absolutely love this toner! I feel like my skin looks hydrated after using it :) this product is super huge as well. Super worth it! Only negative I have is that is does contain fragrance (lemon oil). Not the biggest fan of the fragrance but it does go away after a minute
This is truly the best toner I've ever used. Most toners leave my skin so dry but this one hydrates my skin and makes my skin look so plump and bright!
It gave me a glass skin glow and it is so hydrating
