It’s been about 3 weeks since I ordered and I’m yet to receive the product. It’s claimed to be delivered but I never got it. I emailed the company and it took them almost a week to respond to my email. Now I’m asked to contact the carrier and the carrier directed me back to the shipper. I don’t want to be a part of the back and forth. I just want my products or my refund and call it a day.
