The Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner is a gel like, essence-type toner that deeply nourishes and revitalises skin. This toner has an intensely hydrating formula designed to deliver nutrient-filled moisture to skin, leaving skin moist and soft. Water is not present here as 91.3% of this toner is milk vecht root extract, rich vitamin and minerals. With the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, nutrient-boosting properties of the root extract, this gel-type toner quickly absorbs to hydrate and strengthen skin.

- You easily get cold or have cold extremities from poor blood circulation
- Your skin tends to feel dry and tight

How To Use

The Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner 200ml is my first toner product, and I am so happy that it is. After cleansing and/or exfoliating my face, this toner immediately rehydrates my skin, allowing the remainder of my products in my skincare routine to ********* more into my skin. It can easily be applied by patting the product on your face or using a reusable cotton pad, which to anyone reading, I highly recommend and urge to switch to instead of single-use cotton pads. It's great not only for the environment, but for your well and financial being! Above all, to my oily-skin gals, I highly recommend implementing toners into your skincare routine and thus, the Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner is a yes from me! :)
