DHC Eyelash Tonic conditions and nourishes the lashes using aloe, watercress and comfrey, which lock-in moisture, improving elasticity and strengthening each lash. Developed for breakage-prone lashes, this lash solution's curved applicator brush is designed for even distribution.
How To Use
Use as a mascara base in the morning and as a conditioner in the evening. Gently and evenly, brush a small amount of tonic onto lash roots and sweep outward towards tips.
