I have hormonal acne and post-acne pigmentation and this product is a godsend! Does not cause new breakouts, hydrates my skin even more after using hyaluronic acid etc. I want to purchase the deep sleep serum from this brand to try now especially living in a dry climate and the weather cooling down.

Overall I found that it did make my skin softer, so good on the name! For my skin it just wasn't all that, I found that other products did more in helping mitigate my texture while still leaving my skin soft and not irritating it. That being said I think if other exfoliants really irritate your skin, this might be a better suit for you, but for me it was just alright.
